Case Study: Lighting and Shading Analysis
Introduction
Students were tasked on analyzing Shading and Lighting of a chosen space. This is a group assignment worked among 4 students.
The objectives of the assignment is for us to be able to identify design strategies, analyze comfort factors and get familiar with MS1525, UBBL and GBI.
Reflection
My group members were:
Chang Tun Sien, Mike Angel McQuinn and Ejaz Bin Azree
Tun Sien and Mike were to work on the lighting aspect, while Ejaz and I worked on shading.
We decided on a space within Tun Sien's home in Kuching, and he took all sorts of measurements for us.
Overall it was an interesting project and my teammates were very helpful.
